This Privacy Policy explains how REGT App ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the REGT mobile application. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Account information (such as email or username, if provided).
Activity and reward data (ad views, tasks, referrals, reward history).
Device and usage data (device type, OS, language, IP address, Advertising ID).
Crash reports and diagnostic data.

2. Camera Permission

The app may request access to the camera solely to allow users to take or upload a profile picture. Camera access is optional, not used in the background, and only activated by user action.

3. How We Use Information

To operate and improve the app.
To calculate rewards and prevent fraud.
To provide customer support.
To display advertisements and measure their performance.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

REGT App uses third-party advertising and analytics services. These services may collect data such as Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data according to their own privacy policies.

We may share limited device and advertising identifiers with third-party advertising partners solely for ad delivery, performance measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.

On iOS devices, users may be asked for permission to allow tracking in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Users can manage tracking preferences at any time in their device settings.

5. Rewards Disclaimer

All rewards in REGT App are virtual in-app tokens and have no real-world monetary value. Rewards are granted only after successful completion of in-app activities or confirmed callbacks from advertising partners.

6. Children's Privacy

REGT App is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your device and our servers or trusted partners is encrypted in transit.

We process user data based on legitimate interest, contractual necessity, and user consent where applicable.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Delete Account – REGT

If you would like to delete your REGT account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to: info@regtai.com
Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
Include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 7 days.

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

Data that will be deleted:

Email address
Account information
User-generated data (if any)

Data that may be retained:

Transaction records (if required for legal purposes)
Security and fraud prevention logs (retained up to 30 days)
